The Jewel in the Lotus
Self Mastery in Zen, Tantra and The Tao
Arambol, North Goa
7 January 2025

Join me in uncovering the keys to self-mastery in this immersive workshop blending ancient wisdom from Tantra, The Tao, and Carl Jung's insights on archetypes and shadow work.

Dive deep into understanding energy fields and how our thoughts and emotions impact our well-being.

Gain insight into how our programming and conditioning shape our lives as we explore this the lens of self-love and the seven chakras, empowering you to reclaim your inner strength.

In this workshop we will explore the shadow aspects of the primal survival strategies we employ to gain safety or acceptance. In order to survive childhood traumas and other family disfunction, and power imbalances in life, we often hide or bury our feelings, and our true nature and identity become obscured. Within this shadow, the unconscious and suppressed aspects of self, lies hidden our true power and joy.

A deep hard look in the mirror is indispensable in our journey towards wholeness. No matter how much positive thinking we employ, our unconscious survival strategies can derail our success in life, love and happiness. We play the victim, we sabotage, buy or sell ourselves out of problems, and remain immature adults. We trade off our self nature to gain safety, to fit in and survive.

Discover ways of turning your stumbling blocks into stepping stones, your life experiences into fertilizer for personal growth, and your search for meaning into a personal practice.
