Our primary goal in energy healing and somatic bodywork is to assist the body's natural ability to heal itself by removing the blockages in the flow of energy.
We understand that good health is the result of a free flow of energy throughout the body, and problems arise where energy is stuck. We address the causes of ailments by clearing the energy lines, balancing the chakras and cleaning and sealing the aura.
We also guide our clients in understanding how their thoughts, beliefs and emotions are influencing their life experience. Blocked or unexpressed emotions are often the primary cause of illness.

I learned these techniques 35 years ago, and they form an essential and integral part of every bodywork treatment that I offer. Having knowledge of energy lines, energy points, energy centres and energy fields, and how to work with energy is of paramount importance to any somatic bodywork therapist.
Energy healing is:

- A first-aid in assisting people with symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
​
- A support and a preventative medicine in all aspect of physical health, assisting the body's natural healing ability by removing blockages in the flow of energy/chi/prana/life force.

3 Day Energy Healing Course
Tue - Thu, 20 - 22 May

In the three day energy healing module we start with a day of self study, self healing and self mastery, followed by two days of learning how to work with energy and assist others with modern and ancient energy healing techniques.
​5 Day Energy Healing & Reiki Course
Mon-Fri, 19 - 23 May
​
The 5 day module includes Reiki leve 1 and 2.
Reiki means universal energy, Reiki Healers are clear channels for universal energy. The technique can be described as 'laying on of hands'.

Reiki 1
Level 1 attunements and self healing technique
​
Reiki is one of the best known traditions in energy healing and is an easily accessible introduction for people with no experience in working with and feeling energy.
Being part of the Reiki lineage and community can be a strong support for your work.
​
Re-doing Reiki attunements can assist students who have not practiced or experienced the full activation of their ability to channel energy.

Understanding the Wounded Healer and The Helper archetypes, and other ways to prevent burn out.

Wednesday 21 May
Learn to read, feel, see, play and work with energy.
Develop your natural gift of healing. Learn to clean auras, balance chakras, and other techniques to create harmony and coherence.
Learn guided meditations to assist your clients in self empowerment.
Thursday 22 May
Somatic bodywork and energy healing
Releasing mental, emotional and other energy blockages held in the body with pressure point massage.
Friday 23 May

Level 2 Atttunement and practice on others

Reiki Symbols and absent/distant healing.

5 Day Training: R 3500 (Monday to Friday)

Reiki is derived from an ancient system of Tibetan energy healing that fell into disuse and was revived when passed down from ascended Tibetan Buddhas to a Japanese man - Mikao Usui.
The Usui Reiki system has been passed down from Master to Student for over 100 years, and is received and transmitted through direct transmission and the use of symbols.
For students who have been practicing Reiki at Level 2 for at least a year, I offer a one on one initiation or attunement to Level 3 and Reiki Master for those who want to start passing on this form of energy healing to their own students.
